Day 2: Hanoi City Tour – Bat Trang Ceramic Village (B, L, D)

Today, reach Ho Chi Minh complex where students can know about President Ho Chi Minh – the greatest leader of Vietnam. The complex includes Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, his house on stilts, the Presidental Palace, One-pillar Pagoda, and Ho Chi Minh Museum.

Later, head to Temple of Literature – the first university in Vietnam built the early 11th century. This is the destination that all Vietnamese students wish to visit before their important tests. Lunch at KOTO restaurant as known as Know One Teach One

In the afternoon, transfer to Bat Trang Ceramic Village where students can learn how to make ceramic objects. After being trained, they will have a chance to make themselves their own ceramic products and keep them as their souvenirs. Return to Hanoi for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B, L, D)

Today, take 180km to Halong Bay, which was recognized by UNESCO as the World Natural Heritage in 1994 and 2000.

On arrival, we will board our overnight cruise and savour a delicious seafood lunch.

We will be passing through several limestone islands, kayaking among the hidden areas of the Bay, swimming at Soi Sim Beach or trekking to the top of the island.

In the evening, students will join the party on cruise including seafoods, singing performances,… Overnight on cruise.

Day 4: Halong Bay – Ninh Binh (B, L, D)

Today, participate in Tai Chi session with the master. Later, students will have a chance to kayak and swim around Halong Bay.

After lunch on cruise, return to the harbor, get on the coach and transfer to Ninh Binh. Dinner and overnight in Ninh Binh.

Day 5: Ninh Binh Temple Tour – Bear Sanctuary (B, L, D)

Day 6: Ninh Binh – Hanoi – Fly to Danang (B, L, D)

Day 10: Cu Chi Tunnels & City Tour (B, L, D)

In the afternoon, return to Ho Chi Minh City Tour and start a journey to explore this city. First, stop at the Reunification Palace, the old headquarter of the old puppet government in the South Vietnam.

Next, transfer to Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Post Office to see the variety of architectures in Ho Chi Minh City and listen to their historical stories. Dinner and overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 11: Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta Community Works (B, L, D)

Highlights of this Day: Local market, brick kilns, traditional house, cycling tour

After breakfast, our guide and driver will take us to the Mekong Delta. The program will start with a boat cruise along the small canals in the Mekong Delta. We then visit some cottage industries where we can see how to make rice paper, coconut candy and pop-rice, popcorn…It is so interesting to visit the handicraft village where you can see how they make some special products: making rice-net for spring rolls, fish sauce & soya sauce, cooking salt, sewing coconut-leaves for cottage roof… Lunch will be served at a local house.

After lunch, we will ride the bike to the project site (house building/school). Leaders will divide into small groups. We start our project. This will take the form of practical building and some laboring tasks as we construct a house for an impoverished family in this remote region. Breaking into groups, there will be a variety of tasks to undertake each day of the project from layering bricks, mixing cement, assembling frames, hammering, sawing and transporting of materials.

Day 12: Ho Chi Minh City Departure (B)

Your final day starts with breakfast at the hotel followed by check-out. You will then be transferred to the airport for the departure flight

Have lunch while cruising in the magnificent Ha Long Bay, admiring the fascinating nature, then anchor at Lan Ha Bay area.

Join a guide to explore hidden parts of the bay, the area of Dark and Bright cave by small boat to local authority floating office. A sampan and a local rower will take all tourists to the Bright cave. The sampan goes through the cave under the mountain to a lake which is formed by a Karst – well like a dragon eye inside the mountain. This is a very beautiful sight that visitors like the most. 

Return to the Cruises for changing swimming suits then join swimming time in the sea or at the swimming pool on sundeck.

It’s a great fun and exciting way to explore the dunes in a significantly easy-to-use ATV.

In the mid-afternoon, we will drive back to our hotel and have free time at the beach for swimming. Dinner in a nice restaurant and spend the night in Mui Ne Beach.

Day 5: Mui Ne – Ho Chi Minh City Departure (B)

After independence in 1953, a far-reaching cultural and social vision for Cambodia was reflected in the new architecture of the time; uniquely this focused on integrating an international style with local tradition, materials and climate.

Discover the signature features of the 1960s ‘New Khmer Architecture’ movement with a visit to the Royal University of Phnom Penh (Institute of Foreign Languages), Vann Molyvann’s 100 Houses Social Housing project, and the National Sports Complex (Olympic Stadium).

In the afternoon, we will transfer you to Siem Reap. On the way, we will visit the pre-Angkorian temples of Sambor Prei Kuk, "The City of Shiva in the Forest of Towers", are located 25 km north-east of Kampong Thom, near the west bank of the Sen River. Researchers recovered dikes which framed a nearly square city, 2 by 2 km. It was the capital of a regional kingdom, featuring some 50 temples.

Close to Siem Reap, you may wish to stop at Kampong Kdei to witness Spean Pratos – an ancient Angkorian Bridge built in the 12th century. Dinner and overnight in Siem Reap

Day 7: Bayon – Ta Prohm – Angkor Wat Temple (B, L)

Highlights of this Day: Mysterious Angkor Thom Complex

Today, enjoy a full day excursion to discover Angkor Thom and Temples. Firstly, you will visit the wonderful Angkor Thom (the Great City) including the Southern Gate, famous Bayon temple (12th century in the centre of city remains one the most enigmatic temples of the Angkor group composed of 54 gothic towers decorated with 216 smiling faces of Avalokitesvara. Visit to Ta Prohm. One of the area’s most beautiful temples, Ta Prohm has been left relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery. Its appeal lies in the fact that, unlike the other monuments of Angkor, it was abandoned and swallowed by the jungle, looking very much the ways most of the Angkor temples appeared when European explorers first stumbled upon them.

After lunch, tt is time to visit the wonderful Angkor Wat Temples – one of the seven greatest architectural wonders of the world, as a temple and mausoleum for King Suryavarman II at the peak of the Khmer empire in the first half of 12th. Angkor Wat is probably the best-preserved of the Angkorean temples, with a central tower surrounded by four smaller towers. The central monument represents the mythical Mount Meru, the holy mountain at the centre of the universe, which was home to the Hindu God Vishnu. The whole complex covers 81 hectares, a rectangular wall measuring 1025 meters by 800 meters borders the inner edge of the moat, and temple's greatest sculptural treasure is its 2 km-long bas-reliefs around the walls. Late afternoon, we enjoy the superb sunset view at Pre Rup temple.

Day 8: Siem Reap – Departure (B)

Your final day starts with breakfast at the hotel followed by check-out. You will then be transferred to the airport for the departure flight
