Full Itinerary

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City Arrival – Half-day City Tour

In the morning, arrive in Ho Chi Minh City, where our guide will greet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel (hotel check-in is from 2:00–3:00 PM; early check-in is not included). Take some time to rest after your flight.

In the afternoon, begin exploring the city with a visit to the Reunification Palace, once the Presidential Palace of South Vietnam, followed by the iconic Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Post Office, two fine examples of French colonial architecture.

In the evening, wander through Ben Thanh Market, the bustling heart of the city, where you can shop for souvenirs, try local snacks, and soak in the vibrant atmosphere.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta (My Tho) – Ho Chi Minh City (B)

Breakfast at hotel.

In the morning, depart for My Tho, a peaceful gateway to the Mekong Delta. Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, a unique Buddhist temple that blends Vietnamese, Khmer, and French architectural styles.

In the afternoon, take a boat trip along the Tien River, passing the four legendary islands of Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise. Stop at a local village to see coconut candy being made, taste tropical fruits, and enjoy honey tea accompanied by traditional folk music. Later, ride a sampan through palm-shaded canals before returning to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City – Cu Chi Tunnels – Flight to Danang (B)

Breakfast at hotel.

In the morning, head to the legendary Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground network built during the Vietnam War. Watch a short documentary, crawl through safe sections of the tunnels, and taste cassava, a staple food during wartime. For those interested, a shooting range experience is available at extra cost.

In the afternoon, transfer to the airport for your flight to Danang. On arrival, meet your local guide and transfer to the hotel to check in. Enjoy free time to relax by the beach or explore the city on your own.

Day 4: Danang – Ba Na Hills – Danang (B)

Breakfast at hotel.

In the morning, travel to Ba Na Hills and enjoy a scenic cable car ride up the mountains. Visit the beautiful Le Jardin d’Amour gardens, the historic Debay Wine Cellar, and Linh Ung Pagoda.

In the afternoon, walk across the iconic Golden Bridge, held aloft by giant stone hands, and admire panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Continue to the French Village with its charming European-style architecture, lively street performances, and diverse dining options. Have fun at Fantasy Park with a variety of games and attractions.

Note: Tickets exclude the Wax Museum, Wine Cellar, indoor climbing, and the Alpine Coaster.

Day 5: Danang – Cam Thanh Village – Hoi An Ancient Town – Danang (B)

Breakfast at hotel.

Today, join an excursion to Cam Thanh Water Coconut Village. As a “fisherman for a day”, you will learn traditional fishing techniques and how to row a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat, as well as try catching crabs and coconut mussels while exploring the tranquil coconut-palm-flanked waterways that once witnessed fierce battles during the war.

Later, discover Hoi An Ancient Town, originally a Cham seaport that has been influenced over centuries by traders from many cultures. There is plenty to see in this tranquil and delightful town, including the famous Chinese Assembly Halls & Temples, Old Houses, the Japanese Covered Pagoda Bridge, the Old House of Tan Ki, and the Sa Huynh Culture Museum. Enjoy an exciting walking tour past low-tiled houses scattered along narrow streets and assembly halls that reflect the town’s multi-cultural past.

After the tour, drive back to Danang.

Day 6: Danang Departure (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Enjoy free time at leisure until your driver arrives for the transfer to Danang Airport for your departure flight. Tour ends.
