To ensure smooth airport pick-up operations for our travelers at Terminal 3 – Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City), Viet Dan Travel would like to provide the following important notice:
After collecting luggage, passengers may exit through two different gate areas:

Gates A1 – A2

Gates A3 – A4
These two exits are approximately 60 meters apart, which may cause inconvenience if travelers and drivers/ guides are waiting at different gates.
➡️ To avoid confusion and ensure timely service, all Viet Dan Travel guests are requested to proceed directly to Column No. 24 outside the arrival hall after collecting luggage.

Our driver or guide will be waiting at Column 24 with a welcome sign.

This arrangement applies to all arriving flights at Terminal 3.
Additional note:

Vietnam Airlines flights usually use the baggage claim area near Gates A3 – A4.

Other airlines typically use the baggage claim area near Gates A1 – A2.
By designating Column 24 as the common pick-up point, Viet Dan Travel ensures a smoother arrival experience, reduces waiting time, and provides peace of mind for both travelers and partners.
We kindly ask all customers and partners to inform travelers in advance about this arrangement to facilitate a seamless transfer service at Terminal 3.
